Canopy
Which students need their counselor this week, and why.
Everyone else gets a link about one thing. No login, no app.
- Step 1: See who needs you
- Step 2: Meet, or send a link
- Step 3: Approve the draft
- Step 4: They answer, no login
- Step 5: The reply is on their row
The students are made up. The loop is real. Send a link, answer it, and the reply is saved and shows on that student's row.
What is faked, what is real
Faked
- The 240 students, their school, their activity, and the groups they belong to.
- Sending. No text or email leaves this app; you get the link instead.
- The texted code on the parent page. The page shows you the code.
- Program costs and earnings. Labeled as illustrative wherever they appear.
- The message drafts on links. Templates filled from the record, not a model call.
Real
- Links cover one topic, expire in 7 days, and need no account.
- Each page shows the least it can. A student page has a first name and one step.
- Nothing goes out until the counselor approves it, in their name.
- Groups under 10 are left out of the monthly report.
- AI drafts on the Program options page and the Ask tab. Live model calls that get counts and what you type, never a name or a student record.
- The data resets every night.
